Become an Echo Family Member with our in-house dental membership plan! Good oral health is important and we don’t want your teeth and gums to suffer because you don’t have dental insurance. That’s why we have designed 3 in-house dental plans to give individuals and families who don’t have dental insurance a more affordable solution. Our Membership Plans are annual reduced-fee dental plans that allow individuals and families to receive quality dental services from Echo Family Dental at a discounted price. This is not an insurance plan and cannot be combined with any other dental plan.

Advantages of an Echo Family Membership:

  • No waiting periods
  • No annual deductibles
  • No annual maximums

Once the membership plan is paid, the member will be entitled to the included routine dental care and discounted fees for dental services for 12 months. Plans are available for adults and children to provide both individual and family coverage.

Membership Plan Details

All plans include (within a 12 month period):

  • 2 routine cleanings
  • 2 routine exams
  • 2 flouride treatments
  • 1 set of bitewing x-rays
  • 1 emergency exam (all related diagnostic x-rays, if needed)

  • Adult Plan (ages 14 & up)
    • Individual $376
    • Each additional family member $376
    • Average total savings: $222
  • Periodontal Plan (patients with periodontal (gum) disease)
    • Individual $493
    • Each additional periodontal family member $493
    • Average total savings: $263
  • Children’s Plan (ages 13 & under)
    • Individual $323
    • Each additional child family member $323
    • Average total savings: $192

**10% discount on all additional regular-priced services if paid with check or cash on day of service.

**8% discount on all additional regular-priced services if paid with debit or credit card on day of service.

Exclusions & Limitations

The Echo Family Membership Plan is a discount program not a dental insurance plan. This membership has been designed to provide a way for our patients to obtain the dental care they need at a more affordable rate.

  • This coverage cannot be combined with insurance benefits
  • This Membership Plan is for use in treatments that lie within our realm of expertise
  • This Membership Plan cannot be used for treatment with another dentist or specialist to whom we refer
  • There are no refunds for paid premiums, even if the Membership Plan benefits are not utilized
  • This Membership Plan is not to be used in conjunction with any other discounts offered by Echo Family Dental
  • Fees for services are subject to change
  • Fees reflected are for cash, check, credit card or debit card only
