When you arrive at Echo Family Dental, you’ll be greeted by our friendly staff who will walk you through the check-in process. You can count on care that’s completely focused on you.

Depending on what your appointment has been scheduled for, you may have received some paperwork in the mail that you can fill out prior to your visit. If you have dental insurance, please bring your card along to your appointment.

Because we want to serve you in the best way possible, we always begin your visit by listening to your dental health goals. Your relevant medical history will be reviewed before we capture any necessary imaging of your teeth and jaw. We will then evaluate your gum and bone health to determine your current oral health status and what type of cleaning would benefit you the most.

Based on your dental exam, which will be completed by one of our certified dental hygienists along with your dentist, we will then create a customized treatment plan for your dental care and discuss any recommendations with you. Please feel free to ask any questions!

Communication is important to all of us. Therefore, you’ll have the ability to confirm and cancel your appointments via text message. We’ll also call to remind you of upcoming appointments, and we want you to know that you can contact us any time in your preferred method, whether that be via text, email, or phone.
