I've been visiting Echo Family Dental for about the past year as my primary dentist and for Invisalign treatment. I am always impressed with the level of friendliness from the staff, they always remember my name, and go above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The hygienists do a great job of making cleanings pain free and Dr. Chelsi is very knowledgeable and accommodating with my treatment plans!

So. I HATE dentists. HATE them. And let me tell you what, this is the most amazing dental office I have ever gone to. Jessica took care of me, and I absolutely loved her. She was so knowledgeable, kind and thoughtful that I was just blown away.

Dr. Chelsi was so attentive and explained every step!! And to top it all off, Wendy took care of all my insurance needs, when I messed up and gave her the wrong card!! Just amazing customer service, as well as dental service. If you are worried about going to the dentist, or put it off for as long as I did (DON'T DO THAT), give Echo Family Dental a call. You'll thank me later!!

I love everything about this dental clinic! I truly enjoy it from the moment I enter until the moment I leave. The staff are always so welcoming and friendly. I really appreciate that the staff never make us feel rushed no matter how full the schedule is. Dr. Gillard really takes the time to get to know and invest in his patients and really helps us to feel valued. All of the doctors are phenomenal and I'm certain that we're in good hands and receiving great advice regarding all of our dental needs.

Dr. Gillard was my Dentist during my child hood. I didn't very good care of my teeth but him and the hygienists there certainly did!

In particular, when I was 17 I had my two front teeth severely chipped in a stupid childhood incident. I ended up saving my chipped pieces in milk and immediately went here the next day for emergency treatment, and Dr. Gillard was able to use the pieces and laser cure them back together! They look completely normal, and the incident passed almost like a bad dream.

I am 21 so it has been a full 4 years and my teeth are still going strong. I know this is not permanent, and I will need crowns soon, but Dr. was incredible and I will be forever grateful to him for allowing me to keep my real front teeth into my early adulthood. He is a top notch Dentist.
